The first day was a nightmare, I couldn't think straight but I have been taking 1/5 of the dose since, and now the side effects are barely there. ... and breastfeeding (under the advice and direction of my doctor). I guess it made me super nauseous during my second pregnancy but taking it at night with unisom ....
